We accept all major credit cards ie; Visa, Master Card as well as PayPal.
Shipping times (as per Canada Post) are as follows:
- Within Canada: 7 to 10 BUSINESS days.
* If you would like your order shipped out sooner, please send us an email at roseandkingcollection@gmail.com to receive a shipping quote.
Once payment has been received, allow 7-10 BUSINESS days for production. Your item(s) will then be mailed out within 3-5 business days.
No refunds will be issued as each order is custom made. Please make sure sizing is correct before completion of order. If you are unsure, please refer to the sizing charts attached to each product.
If you receive an item that is defective, please contact us at roseandkingcollection@gmail.com to arrange replacement of such item.
